"I was there today picking up dinner for my girlfriend and myself and the worker that was there was just there looking at me like I wasn't there. I tried speaking to him and he snapped out yelling at me didn't want to give me the manager name or the owner name plus kicked me . I will never go to that restaurant again. Plus that restaurant was dirty napkins, straw paper all over the floor the bathroom nasty clogged. I recommend that no one go there and someone needs to close the place down. It's on South Union St, Lawrence, MA."

"Food was good but cashier woutake order. Forced us to order t kiosk even though we were paying with cash and had to pay him anyways."

"I was there in December with my girlfriend. We made order on 75$ and we wanted to eat inside. 1st - Nobody gave us a trays. Nobody even asked where we want to eat “here or at home” 2nd - souses unavailable just to take (but it’s FREE). If you need it - ask for that 3rd - restrooms were closed! If you need it - ask someone to open it for you. Last time when I saw something like that - in kfc in Ukraine (just in couple of kfc in Kyev) 4th - we took 2 baskets by 8 pieces. 30-35% - meat and 65-70% - BONES! Nothing to eat. Just bones 5th - very LOUD staff! We just set at end of room but we didn’t hear each other just sitting face to face because staff guys (4-5 persons) spoke and laughed so loud almost all time that we set there! It was the most disgusting my KFC experience in my life! I was in KFC 3 times in Ukraine. 2 times in Kyev and 1 time in Odesa! It was another level of service and food quality!"

"My husband bought dinner for the both of us. He ordered the 3 piece meal for me and a famous bowl for him. When he arrived home I opened the bag. Right of the bat you could smell the chicken was old. I peeled the skin of the meat was discolored not white like the chicken breast is supposed to be. We went back to return it the girl didnt give my husband a receipt so the guy had to look it and found it. He asked one of the managers I believe and he’s answer was oh…. they want to return it after they ate it!!! No apology no nothing he said he could only replace the chicken.So i had to eat cold mash and biscuit. I submitted picture of the chicken of when I peeled the skin off and when i was ripping it apart to see what it looked like in the inside. NEVER AGAIN!!!"
