"Love Krispy krunchy chicken. But the guy that works behind the counter has to be the rudest person in Salem. I know you hate your job . Even the employees you work with don't like you. If I don't like someone I can be kind and courteous. Your miserable. I've come to this store many times and you're the only one that makes me not want to come back. You never have the food ready. And you always seem to be bothered by people coming in to get what you serve. Hopefully someday someone will make you smile. Until then I'll take my money to another location. I'm sorry I held back on leaving this review. But someone needs to let you know you're terrible at customer service."

"Let me say first that I love this product but the product needs to be cooked properly about 6 months ago I decided not to come back because everything was overcooked and not pleasant at all. Well, due to a craving of thos delicious chicken I stopped by to try it again well much to my surprise it was delicious . Allen is the new guy in town and he's doing a wonderful job! Keep up the good work Alan can't wait to come back!"
