"This is a bit overdue, but definitely well deserved & much appreciated review of this store and experience and I'd like to shoutout Megan M. and her team during my August 10th visit during dinner time. I went here with a group of friends after a company outing and saw a good deal about Twin Lobster Rolls, so being a fan of seafood I ordered this along with a bottle of soda. Shortly after grabbing a seat, Megan came over and let me know that the lobster they had on hand was still frozen and needed time to thaw out, and she was more than apologetic and understanding at how that caused an inconvenience. I greatly appreciated how she explained to me that it probably won't be ready for a little while and did go out of her way to offer me something else in exchange, a slice or two of pizza or even something else altogether, but I also understood that it really wasn't her fault and helped me get a refund without any hassle. This behavior is definitely above and beyond what I expected and wanted to, again, give a huge shoutout to Megan & team that day! Go give em a visit!"
"The main dude was like hold on broha I got a totally fresh slice rollin out the oven with that cheesy freshness. The pizza was a large slice and the crust was a hand toss style but firm when you folded it. like 8 bucks for 2 slices and a drink."
"I work at the Petco on the same Plaza and I go here often for my lunch break. Foods always good and everything is usually pretty quick and simple. Their lunch special is worth the price and their pita pockets are really good. The staff are always friendly and it’s a great place to unwind and relax for the limited time I have. :) My workplace also likes to order a couple large pizzas for the staff!"
"Very clean and well kept. No food or anything at all on the floors. Tables were all wiped down and super clean. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We got a large pizza half hamburg and half cheese and the manager made us "rustic" style like they use to have. Super impressed with how they went out of their way to make us happy. I would highly recommend going there! We will totally be back!"
"Figured I would give this location one last try; I really like Papa Gino's pizza, however it was a miserable experience.... Again! Started with girl at counter & I immediately knew it was going down hill; she appeared bothered that I was there. I picked-up pizza, when I got home & opened box I was extremely disappointed. The buffalo chicken pizza was extremely undercooked, awkwardly shaped, had very little chicken, looked very "wet", and was barely edible. Sorry to say; that will be my final visit to the Cluff Crossing Papa Gino's in Salem, NH. Picture of last purchase prior to this posting."
