"Had 3 of these installed for family members. Then always recommended to others prople who bught,Then the guy doesn't want to talk to you or do work for you because you don't wanna pay him yearly fee to change the oil.. So then you call him and he tells you. He would work on your stuff anytime. He would always be there for you. Then I call him and ask him. And he has someone call back and tell you. There only taking on new customers who want to pay the fee. Or if you we're not one of those customers from before. He doesn't have time. But keeps you on the phone when you do. Talk to him and tells you his whole life story over and over all about him. Any smart business person would always take people calling looking for service to give him money makes no sense."
"I recently purchased a house with a generator that was maintained yearly by RPS, but for the past 2 months I haven't been able to get anyone out here to perform yearly maintenance on my generator. And after the last large storm, my generator stopped working entirely, and I can't even get a callback from this company. They never answer their phone, they never answer e-mails, they never return calls. You'd be better off asking a brick wall for help because you might bet a better response time from them."

"John was amazing. We were out of power again from the second storm in March. I wasn't able to get anyone to even look at my home generator for two weeks and everyone was asking for emergency rates (time and a half) He was able to fit me in between jobs, took the time to answer all my question, repair my generator and charge me a normal rate verse everyone else's above average rate. I am truly grateful for their help and they have earned my business. You wont be disappointed!!!"
