Dunkin'

"I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese add sausage, hash browns and 1 donut. I was charged for 2 donuts and had to go back inside to either get a refund or a second donut. I should have checked the sandwich as it was missing the sausage. The hashbrowns were mostly burnt. The woman was decently rude taking payment and when I retrieved my 2nd donut. Also, they do not have a working phone number? I want to keep spending my money in Freetown but after this I'm probably just going to head to the one in new Bedford. I believe the last one in new Bedford next to the on ramp has lower prices as well."

"I'm not sure what's going on over there. The staff are all very nice and attentive, or at least they all seem to be. But every since the Dunkin across the street closed and permanently moved here, something's been up with the coffee. I'm not sure if it's the plumbing / water, or if their processes / procedures have changed, but the coffee always tastes burnt and bitter. I've been ordering my coffee the same way for years, from lots of dunkins in the area, but for some reason, it just tastes funny from this location."

"I was just over there I had this young lady with blonde hair sorry I didn't know her name. Very sweet and made the best coffee ☕️. I hope she works all the time. Only kidding everyone needs time off. She was very pleasant ☺️"

"I’m completely and utterly disgusted by the way I was treated by the employees at this Dunkin’. They made my sandwich wrong when I specified at the speaker how I wanted it made. They had me waiting in the drive-thru for almost 10 minutes when I was the only person in line and there were 8 people on the floor. I only ordered 3 drinks and a sandwich. My drinks were also made wrong. One of the employees gave me a hard time because I wasn’t close enough to the window even though I was the one opening my door so they didn’t have to reach out of the window."
