"This was by far the worst service I have ever received. I came in with my toddler two separate times and they were so unorganized. They told me to leave A half hour before They actually closed and told me to come back the next morning. I came back the Next morning they were an hour late opening the store. I sat there for 40 minutes before leaving for a fourth time still have not been helped."

I recently had a phone issue with another location and Tyler corrected all my issues without any hesitation. He was extremely polite, courteous, empathetic and respectful. "AT&T is nothing but a joke, nothing but awful service and not very helpful employees. Continued to get kicked off of autopay for almost a year with no explanation and no one cared about fixing the issue. Charged ridiculous/random fees and could never explain why but were too concerned about wanting to up plans and get all these ridiculous add-ons to suck even more money out of you. Will never do business with this company again, switched to T-Mobile and now save hundreds of dollars a month and am much happier with their services & employees"

"Very nice assistant, Jalycia, who greeted us and helped us with purchasing a new cell phone. She answered all our questions and had plenty of information we didn't know. Got the cell up and running- moving our info from old to new cell. Nice atmosphere and restroom. It was faster and more informed than Best Buy in Seekonk. Only problem was poor parking and access for handicapped in that area..especially for wheel chairs and walkers. If only all doors would open automatically! Fortunately, there are plenty of really nice people that help."
