"I had to return a shop fan that was too big for even my large apartment. They were really helpful in helping me find another one that was better suited for me. They gave me the code to the fan as they did not have any in stock. They got me in touch with another one of their stores in Worcrster that had one. They told me to call ahead to be sure they still had the fan I needed. They did and put it on hold until I could get there. When I arrived it was at the register waiting for me. I even got a free bucket! They were very helpful and I will definitely go there before one if the larger more impersonal places like Home Depot. Great products snd helpful staff.."

"Harbor Freight Tools is one of the best places around for tools and other items as well. They sell so many different things more than just tools as it states in its name. I use to go to the one in brockton near the westgate mall till they opened one on rt 44 closer to were I live. I do wish they would stat open till either 10:00 or atleast 9:00. They close at 8:00 and 6:00 on sundays. First time I went to this one on rt. 44 since they opened and bad experience. Mainly was in line to buy one thing for more than 15 minutes. Mainly because the cashier was fighting with someone in the front of the long line I was in over a coupon to save a few dollars. It doesnt really seem like they know what they are doing here at this harborfreight. But this is local to me so I will definitely be visiting this store. Hopefully the employees can be trained a little better and have the place run a little more smooth so you will be in and out when you have to run in and grab something."
