"If I could leave 10 Stars I would. If you are lucky enough to go into this location when Luis is there, trust assured anything you need help with, he will be your guy. He has been in contact with me since I broke my phone and have been opening up a new business line which has involved line transfers and a bunch of things that need to be switched or added that would make someone crazy if they weren't dealing with someone as competent as Luis. He has been patient, informative and he actually knows his stuff. I cannot express my gratitude for how awesome my customer service has been with Luis and how seamless he has made this process .
