"This store is always extremely messy when I go. Every aisle is either mostly empty or literally thrown together. It feels more like walking around a dirty warehouse. I've found several items that were very damaged, sticky, stained, torn, and broken. I prefer the other OSJL location in taunton but can't always make the drive."

"Ok I've been looking for specific things at an Ocean State Job Lot the last few days. This is the 5th one I've gone to and nothing hut bad reviews, bad customer service, horrible atmosphere. I finally found one that i wouldn't mind going back to. The employees seem nice although u didn't interact with any of them because i was in a rush and didn't need to. But just over hearing them interact with out people they seemed like a nice professional group. The place was very organized. They had a lot of sales especially you can't beat the Crazy Deals they have. These are items you buy and they will give you a gift card up to the full amount that you just paid for that item. Its almost like you are getting it for free. If you need to shop at Ocean State Job Lot, this is the one to go to."
