"We left work and drove far away to buy the product, we agreed and information was exchanged. Once we got there they didn’t have the item advertised. It’s not a regular seller, it’s a store and they clearly don’t know their inventory. Don’t risk a trip there if you are far away, we lost over an hour back and forth. Also, the seller you are talking to is not the same person on the store, they have no idea of who you are talking to and what the agreement was. Guy at the store was nice. Person that posted removed the ad right away so I wouldn’t give a bad review."

"I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner, (brand new) it was priced way below any other retailer and works perfectly. I also purchased a Ryobi blower at first it was damaged the seller quickly exchanged it then I wanted to upgrade to a better blower I paid the difference but the new one had a (minor) defective turbo switch instead of returning it I just repaired it very easily. The store is very easy to work with when purchasing any item. I highly recommend going here before visiting the big box stores and paying double . It's recommended to test the item at the time of the purchase if it is at all possible and read all the policies posted. I love this store and will continue to buy my tools here."

"SELLS DAMAGED PRODUCTS. I bought a framing nailer, the nailers box was damaged but it looked ok. When I was able to test it 2 weeks later, it did not work. When I asked to exchange, they wouldn't exchange. DO NOT BUY unless you can test right there. They may have some deals, but they sell damaged products."

"They have all the major brands and always cheaper than Home Depot. I come all the way from NYC to purchase tools for my construction business and the guys that work here are very honest and knowledgeable. They usually have everything in stock at this location but if they don’t they will try their best to order it for me. My new go-to place for power tools!!"
