"My daughter and I were in last Sunday, both needing a lot of assistance with our gmail and google photo accounts (our accounts were tied together with parental controls and we couldn't untie them and we were both out of space and locked out). Ari helped us out and she was absolutely incredible. She spent almost 40 minutes with us, trying to sort everything out for us. There were a lot of tech twists and turns, but Ari never gave up. She tried all sorts of creative solutions, all with patience and a smile on her face, and eventually was successful. We are forever grateful, Ari! Great hire, Google!"

"This was everything I hoped for in a Google Store. The aesthetic was clean, consistent, and incredibly Google-ly. It was very exciting to get a hands-on with many of the devices in the Pixel Portfolio that I already love. My only suggestion would be to have a section more obviously showing the ecosystem side of things such as Watch Unlock, Quick Share, Cast, etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested or simply looking at getting anything Pixel related or simply if you are a Pixel fan. #TeamPixel"
"A few weeks ago I walked into the Google store on Newbury street hoping to find a creative solution for cell service abroad (after T mobile and Verizon couldn’t help). I received the most incredible service, multiple employees including the branch manager spent about 40 minutes with me even though it was clear there was no profit to be made. They were all brainstorming and teaching me about my iPhone (I know, the irony) and tech stuff I would have never ever figured out. The Google team actually SOLVED my problem free of charge (using the free service Google voice). I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am to have walked into the Google shop. Chris and the rest of the team were super patient, knowledgeable, helpful and experienced. 10/10"
