"Mike did an excellent job mounting my TV. There were no marks on the wall everything looks seamless. However during the appointment I inquired about getting lights added to my TV for ambiance. Mike then said that was an easy job and he would order the lights and would install them on another day. I had to call him several times to set up this appointment. When I finally got ahold of him he set a date and a time to install the lights he allegedly ordered for me. The date and time came and went with no contact from Mike. I called and texted several times that day with no response from Mike, he just ghosted. Very disappointing. I wish he had communicated better very unprofessional and disrespectful. Glad I at least got my TV done. This company is a hit or miss"
