"I have to give it a survey of 5 stars the 1st time I went in this place when they installed some beautiful music in my car. I went back to get one like this on my Mercedes and it was horrible the service was horrible I can explain to you in a 1000 words how bad it was. Since I've been back 4 times and spending more money I was hustled I wouldn't refer this to any place the man was the man was not good he tricked me the 1st time he did a good job I came back with some additional work and all I did was get screwed over this is the last place in all of Boston I would ever go again. Absolutely horrible God-bless their way from that place"
"I noticed my HID after market headlight went out and needed the bulb to be changed the same day. I went to a couple places and they told me I would have to wait a week or more and would have to leave the car for 4 hours. I called Bori and who told me to come in and he’ll take care of it and he did it and 45 minutes . I will come back to upgrade my audio system as well. Great customer service."
