He diagnosed the charging port was fried, and the battery not working or worth replacing. He will download my data Then I’ll update this review. Dave came through as promised. $70 to back up my computer on a drive."

"Very good experience getting my laptop fixed by David. Fair price, quick and professional service. My laptop just wasn't booting up at all. David took it and called me back hour with his diagnosis, turns out the battery completely died. He ordered a new one and had it back up and running in 2 days. Much better experience with him than with Best Buy/Geek Squad, price was perfectly fair for the part/labor. Highly recommend him, he's always keeping up to date with the latest hardware so he's at the top of his game."
