"James Oh is not at all professional, he will raise his tone and yelled if he disagree with you. I have never meet anyone in the real estate business like him. I don’t recommend doing business or renting a home from him. James Oh will increase rent to the max because he can annually. I am a tenant living in one of the property that he managed and currently looking for another rental. Been renting here for four years because I wanted my kids to finish school within the ABC. I would give him a zero star if I could."

"James Oh must be the worst realtor I have ever came across. My family and I came across a house located in Cypress and decided to call the realtor to see if we can check it out. While contacting him he agreed to show the house to my family and I at 5:30pm. Luckily we got there early around 5:25pm and he was already there. He did not greet us or say one word to us at all. Right when it hit 5:30 he rudely yelled at my family from the stairs, “I HAVE TO GO YOU HAVE TO LEAVE.” We didn’t even get to ask him the questions because he literally pushed us out the door. We decided to come back a second time at an actual open house time. Again, said nothing to us or any of the other people there. We went up to him bc we wanted to submit an application and we had some questions. He told us “move” and with hand motions told us to go to the corner, mind you we were still asking him questions. When we moved over, we thought he would follow but no. He then very politely told the family which happened to be the race to him if they had any questions. They also started talking in Korean. Why didn’t we get the same treatment like them??? We are all looking at the same house. SO DON’T EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE OR TO HIM IF YOU’RE NOT KOREAN. HE IS ONE RACIST OLD KOREAN GUY. He made looking for a house such a terrible experience and because of this we chose not submit an application. I just wanted to add that he kept texting me where my app was after the first time we saw it but we chose not submit it bc of him. WORST RELATOR EVER!!!!!! JAMES OH YOU NEED TO LEARN MANNERS AND NOT TO BE A RACIST GUY. I WISH I CAN GIVE YOU 0 STARS. And I hope this review reaches his bosses and the family he works for so they decide not to do business with him bc he is probably the reason why their house is not selling."
