"While interviewing realtors to sell my late father's house, Saul had empathy towards my sister and I. He also saw the potential in my father's house and knew that selling it was difficult for me. My father lived in this house for 62 years and it was my childhood home. Saul arranged everything regarding the sale, cleanup of the house, both inside and out. I live 200 miles away so it would have proved challenging for me to handle everything.
