"Met Robert at a rental property that he was showing me, first off he didn't even introduce himself when we got there. Should have been the first red flag of the bad customer service I was about to receive. I applied for one of the rental properties that he manages the same day because I was clearly in a hurry to lease a property. I never received notification that my application had been received so I followed up the next day. I let a few hours pass without a response so I called him, he couldn't give me an answer him mumble a bunch of excuses as to why he couldn't look at my application. Talking about he didn't know when the place would be cleaned up or something about the windows. Once again I told him I needed an answer because I am leaving Sunday for 2 weeks on a military training then when I come back I am being transferred to the base in Oxnard. From what I have always known properties are first come first serve that is why I applied as soon as I left the property. As you can see on the picture that I am uploading he hasn't even had the courtesy to text me back. For being the owner of this business he lacks customer service skills. As an owner of a rental property myself if I found out that my rental had the potential to be rented out sooner rather than later I would take my business somewhere else. Mind you I drove 3 hours only to be disrespected."
