"*BE CAREFUL* I went to this place for the first time this past Sunday. A majority of their machines take card, Apple Pay, or you can use this app to pay instead of quarters. I used my debit card for 2 washers that cost $4.75 each & then 1 dryer that cost $1.75. I check my account & they took out $60.. There was a $20 hold every time I swiped my card on their machines. Biggest mistake ever coming here to do my laundry.. Had I known or had they posted a sign on top of the washers that stated depending on your bank there would be a $20 hold per transaction; I would have never started my wash. I only found out after the fact & was directed to a sign that was posted on their office door. & if I had any questions I should contact my bank. To me that’s a big “screw you, I don’t care if my machines do that to debit cards or Apple Pay not my problem, that’s yours & your banks problem..” It is now Wednesday & I still don’t have my $60 back. Just wanted to do 2 loads that cost not even $15 only to walk out being charged $60.. & Yes it is a pending charge that may or may not be credited to my account but that’s still not right. Pending charges still takes money out of your account. I’m going on 3 days with it still pending!! To anyone who comes here make sure you are aware of this bad business practice. & just think what about the people who barely have enough money in their account to wash & dry only to have it snatched out by a $20 hold placed on their account. But of course it’s the customer & the banks fault, right?"

"The machines don’t take coins and they charge extra for your apple pay! The dryers same thing! For the dryers you have to pay $1.75 minimum to dry, other laundromats your able to add 25cents if you want too but not here! Also there’s no one here early morning to open the restroom. Update, the owner decided to reply with some dumb remarks. I love the laundromat in Tustin called Sparklean! It’s super clean, new machines and you can actually add 25cents to dry! I highly recommend it!"

"We used to only bring blankets and larger things that didn't fit in the washers at home. But since the remodel a few years ago, this place is the best! Most payments are digital on the app (Dexterpay), which makes it very convenient. They also have the option to swipe your card, or if you insist on using cash- there's a "coin corner." There's typically an attendant working, and they're all very helpful and polite (specifically Amanda and Jose). Amanda is always cleaning something or helping people. We go weekly it's ALWAYS clean. The washers are clean and don't have that weird build-up in the detergent area that a lot of laundromats have. They offer a very reasonably priced drop-off service, too, if that's what you're in to. They offer a variety of items in their vending machines as well. The bathroom is under lock and key, and you need to ask the attendant to get in."
