"I recently moved to Long Beach and picked MaidPro based on the positive Google and Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, this was the worst cleaning I’ve ever had and definitely not even close to a “deep clean” which is what I paid the extremely high price for. $232 to clean a 625 sqft studio that was already clean at baseline (just moved in a few months ago, had zero clutter/trinkets, and not even dirty dishes, or trash). Petesa, the manager, was responsive to messages and generally helpful but the quality of the clean was completely unacceptable for the price I paid. It looked exactly the same as before the clean except for the floors. I asked for them to return to do the counters and surfaces because they had been completely untouched, and Petesa came herself to fix this. However, there were many, many other things missed that I have noticed since then including window sills, floor corners (still finding a ton of pet hair despite the fact that the dog has not been here since the clean), behind/under small pieces of furniture or other objects (ie laundry basket) that can be easily moved, and there was still dust everywhere. I had 3 friends over that same day after the clean, and they each said that it looked no different than the last time they were there. Overall, very disappointed by this service, and I’m glad I only signed up for a one-time clean because I would never pay even half that price knowing now the quality of what they claim is a “deep clean”."

"Carolina is new to MaidPro, and my husband and I agree that she is a keeper. She has been doing a very good job, she has a calm demeanor and is respectful, very easy to talk to. One thing, though - I noticed she was using a new vacuum cleaner that had to be carried on her back. This can potentially create back problems for your employees. I would stick to the old vacuum. Those are easier on the girls' backs, and I'm sure they prefer those. Also, this new one is bulky and can easily bump doorways, walls and makes it hard for the girls to maneuver. This new one also takes a few minutes to assemble/disassemble and takes time away from their tasks. Otherwise, we are happy and pleased with Carolina's work."

"I recently had Carolina and Victoria from MaidPro do a move out clean. They did a wonderful job, very thorough. Every nook and cranny! They managed to take marks off the walls and drwers and cabinets that saved me touching up with paint. The aparmtment looked wonderful! I would highly recommend them for any cleaming job."
