"I give this place a big 0! It Probably the worst I have been in Downey. The homeless come and go as they are pleased. No one is on-site to supervise the premises. The homeless stolen 5 laundry carts at ones, and the management did not replace them. The machine I used all 3 of them did not rinse the clothes well, not enough water. Stay away, unless you want to be confronted with smelly homeless. Terrible place!"

"My first time coming here today. This will be my new place to do my laundry. What I look for as a customer is clean washers and dryers. So far what I have observed is Great. Plenty of room to fold clothes. It’s huge place. Plenty of snack machines. I will definitely recommend this place"
"Very clean! The machines all take quarters. No tokens required or cards for the machine. My washing machine at home broke down and was looking for a one time place where I didn't have to buy a card or tokens. I came in on a Thursday at 5pm and it's completely empty. The lady that cleans the place said it is usually slow on Wednesday and Thursday. Fridays between 2-4pm."
