"AWFUL service!! I dropped off my wedding dress and veil here. They looked at it on the spot, and said they would dry clean it. They took my info including my phone number and said to come pick it up the following week. I went to pick it up. My WEDDING DRESS and VEIL was sitting in a CRUMPLED PILE on a CHAIR! They did not clean it. Not once was I contacted to say that they didn't want to take it on citing it was delicate. My dress and veil sat there for a week -- I could have taken it somewhere else days ago. Total disregard for a dress that is of sentimental value. What horrible customer service."
