Suds R Us Laundromat

"Came to wash clothes used the bigger 4 load washers total of 4 one of the washers kept displaying loading after I paid and started washer I asked the worker a lady with short black hair if I could get assistance she seemed very bothered that she had to stop sweeping and help she walked over to washer messed with the door looked at me waved her hand in front of washer and stated it's fine and walked away. After washing I went to dry and noticed only 1 dryer one the front side and 1 dryer on the back side had free dry upon asking worker she said no free dry just put your clothes in and dry that's it that's it very rude after I put load to dry had to take out because it wasn't free dry which I found to be odd as everytime I have come to wash bottom dryers have always been free dry not to mention she could have been a bit nicer and not so rude. I choose this location as it is closer to where I live and offers free dry but will probably be looking for another location that has free dry not just 1 or 2 dryers with free dry and workers that are not rude."

"Came here washed 5 loads in the 4 load washers at $6.25 so a total of $31.25 only to find out there is no more free dry, had always been before free dry only to find out only 3 on the left side are free and not like it use to be. They closed the wash room where I live and in the past would come here when the ones where I live was busy but will not be back because of the selected free dryers only part.No thank you there's a free dry down the street where I don't have to take home wet clothes.The lady was rude about me asking her because it clearly states 1 wash 1 free dry going by that logic at 5 loads of free dry regardless of selected dryers or not had to wait for each one of my loads to dry and throw in the next load and wait for that load to dry and you figure i washed in the 4 load machine so was a lot of clothes that's 20 loads of waiting for 1 selected dryer at 1 load per dry water time in the laundermat that could of easily been avoided by opening up more free dryer the lady with short black hair worker very rude.Would not be back again"

"This place has been a complete 180 turn over. It is satisfying for everyone, children are also thought of while waiting. The music is satisfying for everyone, all workers are very helpful n pleasant to see n know. Laughter for us while waiting on TV. It's great to have a beautiful, clean place to hang out a couple of hours. The owner n family are great people to come our way to Downey. Thank you!!"

"Great facility with brand new equipment. Staff is very friendly and attentive with all of your needs. They periodically have raffles and special deals for certain days and times. Definitely a good spot to do laundry!"

"Sud’s R Us is now under new management. The owner Will is a consummate professional. The newly renovated space is clean with new washers and dryers to keep up with the times. I have never seen smart washers and dryers before and it sure makes everything so much easier. Hands down the best laundromat in Downey. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that lives in the area."
