"Don’t wash here the owner won’t help you I’ve been going to wash my clothes here for 4 years not problem till these last months going most if not all the dryer don’t work I spent of 20 dollars more to dry my clothes and still are wet I have told the owner many time and he said there nothing he can do it not just me other people been have problems so please look for another place there not going help when you have a problem"

"The guy in charge nice fella. So I put clothes in 4 loads, 3.25$ then detergent gain 2.00$with 3 cups of awesome boost. Then quarters ok start hot..there was no suds in wash mode. Then I let nice fella guy know..what's up.. reply was nothing, bill, nada. So my clothes are not clean and in the dryer 1.50$. I guess I have to come back tonight to explain to owner cos I couldn't resolve the issue with manager guy."

"DO NOT COME HERE! There is a laundromat across the street at PCH and Cherry that is much better. I am currently at this laundromat writing this review. I placed my clothes into the washer, the washer filled up. The washer did not turn (create agitation to clean my clothes). There was no indication, whatsoever, that this washer did not work. There are no attendants present. I called the number on the wall, it went straight to voice-mail. I left 3 messages. I never received a call back. One of my messages was to inform them of the importance to have someone come due to there being a significant amount of water on the floor due to me having to take my soaked clothes out of the washer to transfer to a completely different washer. No one has showed up. They must have really good insurance to not care about a potential slip and fall issue. They have notice of the wet floor. I told them about it. I've wasted $1.25, soap, and now have a broken hamper due to the weight of the wet clothes. So again: DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. If people stop coming, then the owner will lose enough money to close. I don't even understand how the owner has the money to continue to operate due to all of the broken machines."

"Most machines are out of order. They owe me money for one wash and a whole buck for drying. All they do is apologize. Be warned. Do not risk going home with wet laundry! This is my last time here. This place will close soon due to lack of maintenance."
