Jack and his team were prompt, kept me updated every step, and coordinated with my insurance. The work was complicated but they were professional and got the job done right. When they left, the room they worked in was cleaner than when they started. They even folded my towels! The final cost was even a bit less than the original estimate. "I recently bought a condo and there was a bad odor from the previous owners. I was moving into the unit in two days and Jack fit me in their schedule last minute. I was so thankful!! Christian and Annette came out and did a very thorough job. They spent hours cleaning the walls and ceilings and treating the unit! Christian kept in contact with me to make sure the smell was gone.
