"I came here because I saw the Dexter laundry logo loaded my laundry and put out all the soap in and I can't find the store location on the app to pay there is no one here what the hell"

"Had a difficult time getting the washing machines to accept quartets. One machine accepted the quarters shy of one needed to start the wash...nd would not accept more. The attendant was no help as he was only concerned about me sitting on the couner top (perhaps he did not speak English IDK). I literally had to pound on the machine with my fist to get the machine several times to take the last quarter. The drying machines don't suck. By that I mean, the machine does not suck or filter out lint, hair, debris etc and catch such stuff in a lint screen like a home machine does. Worst of all, after being dried my clothes had a burnt kind of smell. Nevet going back there again."

"I been coming here for years. I left my cloth drying and left to comeback on new year. I had no idea they cloth early so my close was left in laundry room. The next day I came and I found out nobody works in day time. They don’t have single person working but clean crew that comes in night which is ridiculous. I called phone number for 2 days and they don’t answer or care to respond. They take their customer for granted and absolutely make no effort to help at all. I even called emergency contact and he was absolutely rude and jerk. He wouldn’t even call anyone for me."
