"Was using. Will not come back. Notice increase it was just $2 but I made a comment that the washers are dirty. Her comment if you don't like it you can go somewhere else and pointed to the sign we can refuse you. There are many laundromat all over town I can visit and give them my weekly $15. We only work here she said and that's not my job. She did offer to clean the machine I just took a different one. Posting this for all consumers this is not the establishment to give your hard earn money. It is unacceptable the service and attitude of the employee, owners. It is time for folks to penalized these business by not giving them your money. Substandard customer services will not be tolerated and not patronized. I rather go on 4th St and Redondo it's small but clean."

"Zero stars if I could!!!! This place is dirty 24/7! The washers don’t even wash right! Today I went and put 2 loads there was no water in my washer not once did the my loads fill up with water!!! The guy said you want more water pay for more water. He said it was being steamed wash without me knowing! Then I told him he should put a sign so people should know that this machine is a so called “steam wash” he said no for what… there’s no arguing with these people they’re always right"

"I tried to give it a chance. The old lady who is there all the time is rude and will think you’re trying to steal $2.00 from her if you say her machine ate your money. Haha they are used to serving the homeless so if you don’t mind that then cool. But if you like clean professional places do not go here! Dirty! Smells like a garbage. Covid filled! Stay away."

"I always come here to wash since I've been in long beach for 10 years, and I today's experience I'll never return again. The morning opener was rude when I asked him for change instead of using a ten dollar bill i just need singles, he ignored me the whole time and went in the office. I liked the original owner when they where still here the new ones are terrible."

"Would been more stars if had restroom access. My mom went there has a bladder issue and had to drive all the way home to use bathroom. What if you were pregnant and stuff seems rude. Mostly since people do so much wash there. At least make one coin accessible or something. I know homeless people but grrr!! Freaking hate no public restroom areas. Mostly when one is really needed."
