"The current owner is scamming the community. She has increased the prices but lowered the value. The dryer time has been reduced to 8 minutes for 25 cents in addition to lowering the dryers temperature. I am severely disappointed. It should not take $1.25 to dry a small load. I've been coming to this establishment for 3 years, this is very disappointing"
"I WISH I COULD'VE GIVEN THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. SEVERAL OF THE WASHERS AND DRYERS WERE INOPERABLE, I HAD TO DRY MY CLOTHES ON HIGH 4 TIMES AND STILL HAD TO COME HOME AND HANG STUFF UP OVER MY HEATER TO COMPLETELY DRY AND THE FEMALE HISPANIC WORKER WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I WOULD NEVERRRRRRR GO BACK THERE, I'D RATHER WASH ALL MY CLOTHES, BLANKETS, SHEETS AND TOWELS BY HAND THAN TO GO BACK THERE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT TO NOBODY. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, BUT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!"
"The place is cramped and the attendant is very rude. The sign says it closes at 7pm but she was yelling at us that it was closed at 6. She then started cussing us out in Spanish thinking we didn't know Spanish."
