"The lady that works here is very rude. Everytime I do laundry here she harrassess me. Checks in each washer that I use right after I put my clothes in. Tells me it's overloaded when it's clearly not. I even found some of my laundry on the floor. I'm pretty sure she threw it out when I was away. She should be fired. It's just a laundromat, chill women."

"I liked this place at first but after coming for the 3rd time I would not recommend. The prices are good for big washers but the smaller ones SUCK, I washed my clothes and pulled them out for them to still smell dirty, mind you it was very minimal and not much in the washer machine at all. It was as if they didn't even get washed. There's no one ever inside the Laundromat so even if you needed help there's no customer service on site. The smaller dryers took me TWICE as long and twice as much money to dry my clothes rather than if I would've just put it in the bigger speed queen."

"This place actually mention business closes at 10:30pm. I arrived at 10:20pm to pick my clothes, the worker is unethical, if the shop is not crowded they close the business early and argues all customers are aware about it. All it takes is simply updating your closing hours, why put people through this with the misleading info and arguments. Also, it's unpleasant to debate with new customers with misleading information at your end. Basically the worker on duty wants to leave early and can't wait for one or two customers until 10:30pm. This incident happened on 4/13 10:20 pm, the owner needs to see the worker behavior and take corrective action."

"Do not recommend this place. It's a bit expensive compared to other similar places with same machines. I will never come back again. Clothes will get stuck in between the space of metal part and glass, where the glass door ends. Save some time and go somewhere with more modern machines Bran Ander: i usually don't pay attention to reviews like yours but ... 1._ machine had 5 full changes from a 6 month old babe. IT'S NOT OVERLOADED. since the clothes are too small it will get stuck no matter what. 2._ the owner, manager, or cleaning staff was not there the full 4 hours that i was there. no one was her and so that makes me think that you either work there or have some sort of affiliation with this business. 3.- prices. the only reason i went there was because i like to support local businesses and because my favorite place is 10 minutes away from home. this one was closer. i will wash 1 and 1/2 times more clothes with the same amount of money in my favorite place. dryers are 25c anywhere else... here its 50c for medium loads. you have to use a full dollar to dry half load. 4.- if owner cared enough... he will at least have full staff in this place and clearly he doesn't. i understand with new laws on wages its more difficult, but he can do better . 5.- my review it's only for the owner to see what he can do better and nothing else. not for you, not for anybody else. due to my experience there i will never come back, and i really don't plan to have a word with anyone else. if you know the owner or maybe you are.. then take my review as it is.. just a review. do what you have to do and make your place a littler better for the persons to come. with me he or you have lost my business . thanks and happy new year"
