"I understand that some damage (aka shrinking and fading) happens when you dry but to almost caught my blankets on fire is not okay. The lady working here was watching me the whole time and only making fun of my appearance. And then only came up when my dryer was almost finished to tell I should have known that these machines get super hot and could have caught on fire. What?! No where else do the dryer burn the clothing like this place this. My blanket is crispy! Will be talking to the local fire station and authorities about the safety of this place!!"
"I really don't want to be negative, but wow. First time visiting there was dreadful. One of the machines I was using was being tinkered with and the owner wouldn't even answer why they were messing with the machine while it was on use. Eventually the other employee told me the machine doesn't work properly and they had to manually reset it. Why didn't they decommissioned it in the first place? Wouldn't even compensate with a refund at the very least. Save your trip for a different laundromat."
