"I can't say enough good things about LA Leather Cleaners. I brought in a vintage beige suede /shearling coat that hadn't been cleaned since the '70s. I was told that since it is light colored, and very soiled, there would not be any guarantees that the coat would come out looking like new. I took a chance- I was blown away with the results! Amazing! Such a beautiful job! Far exceeded my expectations! The coat was finished in a very timely manner and the cost to clean was very fair. I highly recommend LA Leather Cleaners! I feel so lucky to have found them!"

"I brought in a vintage leather jacket that my cat had unfortunately urinated on. I'd already brought it to another leather care specialist who told me it was unlikely that they could remove it. Amir was very honest—the stain was tricky and there wasn't a 100% guarantee, but they'd be willing to try. When I picked it up, the stain was virtually gone and there was no damage to the jacket at all! I'm grateful that the expertise here saved a unique piece of clothing with sentimental value."

"I dropped off leather pants with a nasty oil stain, really not hopeful that they would be able to be fixed. The owner (I think?) patiently explained the process to me, told me it might not work, but that he would try anyway with an initial more gentle plan and then a more rigorous one if the first didn’t work. I said what the hell, and for just $85 he brought my very expensive pants back to life. I mean they literally look perfect. He did an incredible job, and I love how honest he was. 1000/10, will be returning the next time anything leather of mine gets damaged."

"(Dishonest/shady/manipulative/bait and hook) A Worker told me they could fix my Jacket when I first went in.When I picked it up and revised it it was not fixed. I had already made the payment unfortunately. If the worker had told me that they wouldn't have been able to fix it when I first came in, I would have NEVER LEFT IT to begin with. The owner was rude and started accusing me of trying to take advantage. If I was trying to take advantage I wouldn't have paid . It was the classic bait and hook. They baited me by making me think that they could fix it, when I paid and was able to revise it, none of the issues I had gone in to fix were fixed. BEFORE you pay the second half, please revise your leather before you make the full payment.Let me make something VERY CLEAR. They DID NOT tell me when I first brought it in, that there were some repairs they couldn't fix. IF that had been the case I would HAVE NEVER left it. SECOND, THEY DID NOT give me 100% REFUND. The owner is trying to save face but don't be fooled. He uses SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS!!! It takes a lot to upset me and I don't write negative reviews unless the place definitely deserves it and I have to say that without a doubt, this has been one of the most unpleasant, rude, shady, manipulative experiences I've EVER have dealt with. Please, CHECK YOUR LEATHER BEFORE you pay."

"This company is great with leather. However they are deeply dishonest when it comes to actually dry cleaning your clothes. I brought in my wife’s wool Aran sweater that was purchased during our wedding in Ireland. I asked for it to be dry cleaned. They washed and dried it. The sweater ended up being shrunk two sizes and was all matted up. I should have stopped using them right then and there but I didn’t. I brought them a $200 Kahala special edition Hawaiian shirt. I asked that they dry clean that as well. They didn’t. They washed it and it too shrunk. This was a shirt that was loose on me prior to bringing it in. You can not trust them to dry clean your stuff when you ask them to. If they deem your clothes washable, then that’s what they do. They are horrible."
