"The owner just raised the prices on the washers and he hasn't fixed all the broken washers. Owners do not keep it up to date! There are a bunch of broken washers and its annoying! The real problem however is some of the people that go wash here. We all go wash our dirty clothes to the laundry but some people that wash here take it to the extreme! For example once I saw a lady wash here and her laundry had a horrible smell and it was full of roaches like come on man that is disgusting! Also once there was a guy that came in with laundry bags that smelled so bad that the whole laundry got penetrated!!! Another big problem is that there are always too many drug addicts smoking weed in the parking lot! The OWNER needs to do something about this!"
"It sucks when you put in a load and you add your detergent and softener just to find out that the machine is broken. Really irritating I'd say. We all wash close and rely on a great laundry mat to the the work, I wouldn't consider this laundry mat great. I've tried several laundry mats and this one is my least favorite. LAUNDERLAND hope you invest in you business, lots of people depend on it."
