"Came in like j always have for many years. And my girlfriend as I walked up was immediately engaged by this lady who claimed to be the manager here. However it was clear to me she was with Laundry express. She approached us both as soon as we got our first round of quarters. Our back of the car.. full of clothes ready to wash. And she says to us “you can’t be taking quarters from here and going other places” twice as we didn’t realize she was talking to us the first time. As I write this I’m still in my car just shocked trying to reach the actual owner. If this is what’s happening to this location which normally I come to in the evening that is sad. But the only thing I can tell myself is NO WONDER! S7 on my birthday! Thanks teddy bear wash!"

"Nice enough, however you think it costs $5 for a load, but if you need to do a load in hot water or anything else besides the base setting, it makes it more expensive. I don't like that feature since they are small machines. I could have done 1 huge load at Spin Cycle for $10 instead of 2 loads for $13 here, but I didn't have time to go over there."

"Not for me. Put $2 into the dryer, pressed button. Nothing. Then a lady near me asked for help. She put 1$ into a washer and was trying to figure out how much more was needed, but the digital display wasn't working. Now I have to file a claim to get my $ back. Probably several months before it shows up, if ever. Adios Teddy Bear."

"I couldn’t believe that we’re bringing all our laundry adding to this business time and time again and the one time my wife asks to use the restroom when she really need it they wouldn’t let her use it. Not one customer in the building nor an employee on the floor except the gentleman with all the customers laundry outside on the ground and they couldn’t give her not even 5 min. If we look like someone who going to tag your mirror or toss trash on the floor you should just be honest about it and say it. ( we were both in our personal work uniforms) btw) Rules are Rules. Fact check excuse me. The gentleman who denied her access was dead asleep in his work van while at least 40 bags of customers laundry was outside unattended."

"They've done a great remodel here. It's a very comfortable and safe place to do your laundry. Washers and dryers work great with any size you need. This is my first choice to go. If you want a clean , well managed, and decent prices, I recommend Teddy Bear."
