"Soap dispenser broken. One of three change machines broken and the second empty. Trash cans full to overflow and grubby floors. Bring your own cup because the bathroom is locked with no attendant on duty for the code. Good luck on any refunds: The posted phone number is outdated and goes to a hotel that is closed with extension 3 saying "invalid extension. ""
"The change machine shorted me out, I put a 20 dollar bill and only gave me $10 dollars back. Some one should fix that ASAP please And my wife also put $5 dollars and was short by a quarter only got $4.75 and its the coin machine number 2"
"Do not wash your clothes here. Only half the machines work. Some look like they work but after you put your money in they don't. Not good!!! Some of the dryers work but don't get hot. Floor was filthy. Worst wash & dry in Capitola."
"The good aspects of this laundromat is easy access and the washer worked well. From there it went downhill. Took 4 inoperative dryers, and lost money, before finding one that worked. The bathroom is locked and no one available to get access code. The phone number for assistance sends you to voicemail. Plus, every other laundromat I have used has free WiFi to use while you wait for your laundry—NOT this place."
