"This takes the cake for the most disgusting laundromat in Marin county. I used to go here years ago and loved coming here because it was clean and all the machines worked. Now it’s disgusting, it’s stained my clothes, and all the machines have nicks or broken and don’t even clean your clothes."

"Oy, it's so gross! 80% machines are out of order. Working washers are triple wash. 4-5 smaller washers smell moldy or have dog hair inside; one had a macaroni inside it. Only a few dryers don't have "out of order" tags. What's the deal? Should be a profitable business."

"I was surprised by the lack of working appliances and the difficulty in getting soap from the dispensary. However, I was able to easily get my laundry done, charge my phone and safely leave my laundry to go run an errand while my clothing was in the dryer. The appliances I used worked well and I was satisfied overall with my experience in this quiet, sparsely used laundromat. I had nice interactions with the two other individuals who were using the facility."

"I always want to say something positive. It was fun to see a copy of the Pacific Sun on site. Sadly, half the dryers were marked "out of order" which seems like the same Google review from 5 months ago. Some that were not marked "broken" never heated up. It's great that they have books for kids :)"

"I hate to give low reviews but I couldn't find a washer that wasn't broken or smelly. All these machines needed some kind of maintenance. If you're in a pinch, it gets the job done, but when the machines smell like mildew and detergent residue, how well is the job really getting done? The upsides: the coin machine worked, I found parking right away, and I didn't have to wait for a machine. There is also seating if you want to wait inside, as well as a little book shelf and it's right downtown so there's plenty to do while you wait. But I won't do my laundry here again until they start keeping their machines clean."
