"This guy is scamming. He literally does none of the work. I mean NONE... This guy lies so much he can't even believe himself anymore. Month after month of broken promises. He takes no responsibility, and uses any unskilled laborers he can Con, and the cheapest materials. It's been over a year and still not done. The decks were painted with such poor quality product they are slick, dangerous and look worse than before his guy started. They have to be stripped and started over, the carpentry work is all substandard and he will not fix any of it, but charged for it. Drama from him, his employees, and subcontractors that are all paid under the table. Three men came claiming they were to finish the job, but I never saw any of them again... Ever. He will underbid, get the first check and disappear. Just a matter of time before he's sued, or shut down by the State or the I.R.S.- He's Scamming his neighbors by Scabbing jobs without conscience... Disgusting lack of Ethics..."
