"Edit: After I shared my initial 1 star review/experience, the dealership contacted me and get everything straightened out. Shoutout to Steven Huang for getting back to lighting fast and addressing the issues promptly. From 1 star to 4 stars, I’m taking off 1 star because this should have been the way in the beginning but oh well. Short Answer: Poor after sale services and neglect you after you left their lot with no return calls or emails when you have concerns or needs. You’re on your own. Long Answer: I brought my GR86 back in December 2023 and the experience was poor. I went to few others Toyota/Subaru dealerships around the Bay Area's and I was treated way better and nicer but unfortunately they do not have the car/trim/color I wanted. After I purchased my car at the 3800 Geary St location, the after sale services and follow ups were non existent while my buddy brought his car at a different dealership and he being treated like royalty. When I brought my car at SF Royal Auto Group, the after sales and follow ups were spot on and they make sure I am satisfied and all my questions answered. That’s not my main concern, why I gave it 1 star? They damaged my front bumper but won’t admit fault and said they will order a touch up paint. At the beginning few months of 2024, I called the guy that sold me the car and he just giving me excuses after excuses. Second, I called/emailed a different person few times regarding a different matters/needs and got no response back. In conclusion, 9 months had passed and I still haven’t got my touch up paint and my questions still haven’t answered. I’m tired of kept calling and I won’t be coming back to buy my second car or recommend this dealership to anyone."

"Overall, this is an honest dealership with competitive salesperson. I worked with Jacky and Steven Frank to purchase a non-Toyota used car. The test drive was smooth - Jacky knows the area and met my asks. They provided transparent and competitive price up front - no hidden fees or surprise charges. They used some tactics to get me past my hesitation - I may not like it, but it's a salesperson's job to apply the right amount of pressure. The document and signing was very fast and efficient - I requested some changes, and they redid the doc for me quickly without complaint. There were a few issues with the car - SF Toyota addressed one issue, I brought the car to a dealership to resolve the rest under warranty. However, I'm deducting one star. The car has substantial paint scratch in the left rear quarter panel - I somehow didn't see it until I brought the car home. It's partially on me, but I'd expect an honest seller to point it out."
