"I needed a battery because away from home I went to start my car and it barely started with a real slow battery and since I knew my battery was already 5 years old I knew I better get one. I went to O'Reilly's and got a quote of $219 or something like that for a battery for my little Honda fit. I knew that didn't sound right so I checked online and they were much cheaper but I needed one today. I called a couple more places and found there was a Napa Auto parts store about 2 miles away and I called and I got a quote over $100 cheaper than O'Reilly. I went there and I asked the guy if I could borrow a wrench and even though they had signs there that they would not lend tools he found me his socket wrench. I grabbed the battery put it in and about 5 or 10 minutes gave him his wrench back got my refund for the old battery and was on my way. What a fantastic experience. Otherwise I could have been out a ton of money. Car works great now by the way. Thanks Napa!"

"The employees at this store are friendly and helpful. This NAPA location is under new management. I had some trouble with returning a part that I bought at a different location. I called this store and Mike gladly helped me out with my return. They were friendly and helpful at this store and I’ll definitely come back to this location next time I need parts. In my opinion, NAPA offers better quality parts than the other discount auto parts stores."
