"First time here. Called beforehand asking to purchase a wheel lock key for an Acura model, the parts service member said to come in to purchase the part. We went and found out they do not carry any Acura wheel lock keys and only Honda keys, that it would take 2 weeks to order the key. We asked about patching a tire from a nail inside, and they told us to come in the next morning to have it serviced, no appointment needed. I also showed them directly where the nail was in the tire and they said it was fixable. Took time off work the following morning 7am to get it fixed, only to find out they said they said they were too busy and to leave the car for the day and to come the next morning to pick it up, but also saying the tire was not fixable and needed a new tire. I ended up canceling and refunding my order, took the car to a well known tire shop in my area, within 1 hour it was patched, fixed, nail out, ready to go. Definitely need improvement on communication between department members and to know their parts before telling a customer what they have or not. Or even the type of service and time needed to be more clear. The only reason for an added star is the staff was friendly and reasonable."
"i buy Acura MDX 2024 here after 5 months water pumps windshield not work.I’m bring my car and they’re check . Tee he said your car need change new water pumps. Tee he oder new one and he said waiting 1 or 2 weeks. after 2 weeks i send message for him no reply. so i call customer service parts see girl. she help me check parts not available at dealer. I’m so sad . I’m driving my car unsafe because my windshield easy to dirty, i don’t know what going on .? Here they’re don’t have rent car like Toyota.You need money for Uber if you go far from dealer.Last time my service 5 hours i spend 100 for Uber ."

No hard sales tactics, just plain good customer service. They take care of my Accord and my Acura MDX and I am always satisfied with their care. "Got my vehicle serviced and happy with the service. Claudia helped me quickly and explained to me what other maintenance I will need in the future. She was really helpful. Took only 1 hr for them to service my transmission and rotate my tires. I'm a happy lady. The lobby has nothing on the BMW lobby in burlingame. But there are snacks and water available."
