"Issue after issue getting my appliances from here - sales staff is friendly but they have bad quality control. First, I was told installation was included in my purchase, but when the delivery guys came, they asked for an additional payment for install. They were also messy and trying to cut corners. Second, the oven was defective and made a rattling noise. They had already loaded up my old (working) stove, AND charged me to remove that, then took back the new defective stove. So I had no stove for a week until they could get another one out to me. With the (second) new stove delivery, I called the store the day before three times to add on a diswasher; I was told it could arrive together the following day. However, the morning of the delivery, the dishwasher didn't make it on the truck. These second delivery drivers were much better, but ultimately I drove an hour each way to the store to pick up the missing diswasher and was given a small credit for the inconvenience. I waited forever to get the dishwasher loaded from their warehouse, and to my surprise, the unit wasn't new - it had some dings on it that had been marked. I took it anyway as I had lost my patience at that point, but when I got home and we tried to install it, we found that they didn't include any of the mounting hardware.... Now I will need to drive another two hours to pick up the hardware they missed, and re-install the thing properly. The quality control seems to be nonexistent here - be VERY careful with what your invoice says it includes and test any appliance you buy thoroughly and quickly, because they told me if you don't report it within 24 hours, they can't do anything to help you."
