"Shockingly overpriced, a single cookie and small container of milk was over $11. Clearly the result of a largely captive group late in the evenings. Will not use again."

"Wide selection of high quality grab and go items. Staff were all knowledgeable and customer centered. They have the most exquisite desserts and a wide selection. I must have tried all of them but the pecan pie was my favorite next to the chocolate mousse cake. The coffee crumb cake was just so-so. Chicken salad was also very good with a whole chicken breast, almonds, cranberry, and feta cheese. My daughter had the hot breakfast sandwich one morning and a cheese pizza on another day. Some comments may say it is pricey. But as someone who travels to SF yearly, the price of quick breakfast, salads, and sandwiches are fair."

"A woman there was very RUDE and she seems like not happy to be there. Strong accent makes it very hard to understand what she was asking and she was very IMPATIENT. I dropped the lid of my coffee when I was adding milk and asked politely if I could get a new one. She didn’t response and then I asked again. She said yes what do you want (impatiently), I repeated again and she didn’t response(?????). Then I asked one more time, she said what do you want, a cup or a lid (??????). Firstly, why did I need a cup??? Secondly, I have repeated my question three times!!! She was very rude! I ordered there a few times and the rest of the staffs were very nice to me especially Mei. Hope the owner of this Cafe can talk to this woman to improve the customer service as a whole. If she is not happy serving customers, then just don’t be there!!!"

"This place is a scam. Ran by dishonest people. Check your bill for extra items added ( that you didn't purchase, or an extra added, say 3 bottles of water instead of 2). This happened to me in two separate occasions. Additionally, horrible breakfast food. Eggs taste like cardboard. Also, be on the lookout for ridiculously priced items, such as a $40 small bottle of premixed cosmopolitan and such.I don't get how Hilton allows this place to exist. Extremely embarrassing for their brand."

"ok for quick grab of something at the hotel. probably wouldn't normally frequent outside of coffee, but hotel provided some credit. after coffee, best recommendations are salads and sandwiches."
