"This is my first time getting a car. 2nd dealership we walked into. First dealership didn't even great us if we need something. They were just sitting and waiting to be approached. So, we proceeded to go to this location. When we first walked in to the door, Alex greeted us with a huge smile, made us feel more welcome and comfortable (Impression is important to see if you are choosing the right dealership specifically if you are about to spend a huge responsibility.
