"The ambiance is so cute, food was okay, and service was very poor. Our waitress Anna L had a bit of an attitude, she rushed us with the menu, she didn’t once came to the table, was not attentive one bit. Every time we looked back to get her attention she was always on her phone. Sadly to say. It was so irritating. It was super slow. We had asked a few questions about the food we had ordered and she was so ehhhh about it…. Only good service we had was the food runner. Anna needs to do better with her customer service skills! On top of that if you’re going to add gratuity for table of four, have better service .. ……For that we will not we coming back.!!!"

"Tasty and beautiful! The menu has a great range of items and everything we got was good. The prices are slightly high, but makes sense considering the restaurant is located in a hotel and the interior was gorgeous. Our mom was a huge fan of the stunning dishes and silverware. * Breakfast Plate Special: 7/10 - pretty basic * French Toast: 8/10 - perfect balance of fruits and maple syrup but I didn't receive the ice cream :( * Fried Calamari: 9/10 - awesome batter * La La Galbi Set: 8/10 - tasty and loved that it comes with rice I completely forgot to ask for the ice cream with my French Toast which I assume that the servers also forgot to give to me. Also, they give you the menu and offer to get you drinks when you first sit down. Not really given a chance to look at the prices, my sister ordered bottled water not knowing it was a $4. There's free underground parking that doesn't require validation which is really appreciated. The servers were really nice, but is expected since there's an 18% service charge included in the bill. Despite the mishaps, we'll definitely be returning to try their other dishes!"
