"Not a good experience with these guys, which were sent out by home warranty. They charged up a bunch of "modifications" needed for water heater install and installed a faulty water heater and then charged us again to install another (second) faulty water heater. Finally got another (honest) installer who did it as a standard install and after looking at pictures of the original water heater confirmed that no modifications were needed to start with."

"Wow, talk about feeling vulnerable and confused. When the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom fell through because of a leak from the upstairs shower, we didn’t know what to do. And to make matters worse, our insurance agency couldn’t have been quicker to let us know they wouldn’t be doing anything to cover the damage and that we were on our own on this one. Thank goodness our plumber gave us a phone number for Julia and the team at IRH Restoration. They could not have been nicer or more responsive. Marcos thoroughly examined each of the affected areas, took measurements and gave us complete rundown on all the water damage he identified. He even set up a dehumidifier to ensure we did start having issues with mold. Within hours we had a written estimate that seemed very reasonable give the extent of the damage he found an the work that needed to be done. Julia answered all the questions I had and assured us that their estimate was an all inclusive number for the entire job. That gave us incredible piece of mind. When the State Farm inspector arrived to review the claim submitted, Lupe and Marcos were there to show him the full extent of what had happened and what needed to be done. However, despite their best efforts, the inspector confirmed what the agent had already decided. No assistance and no support. We were on our own. Fortunately, the folks from IRH were there throughout the process, making us feel confident that everything could and would be put right. With their gracious and professional assistance, we have a plan in place that will get everything corrected in short order. I cannot thank everyone at IRH for their kindness, courtesy and integrity throughout this process. Where our insurance company left us hanging, IRH has really filled the void. Thank you!"
