"Keys have worked fine! So glad to find a place that makes keys that actually work!"
"Called this place because their google add said the were in the lakewood mall. THEY DO NOT HAVE A LAKEWOOD MALL LOCATION. They are just a telephone referral place."
"very easy to use and worked great. just a lil pricey for what you can get at a standard key shop"
"The key machine at Bed, Bath and. Beyond was incredible. No else around town could duplicate a key for my 1998 Toyota Tacoma truck except one guy who wanted $200.00 to do it. I almost went for it because I was very afraid of losing my one key. Then I found you. The key arrived in timely fashion and worked perfectly."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HORRIFIC experience. I got scammed big time. They sent out a third party which I was unaware of. The guy came out and said in order to open my door (my key was broken off in the lock) he would have to drill in the door. I said fine. He then informed me that it would be 220 dollars. Which seems astronomical! I agreed because I needed the door opened. (Completely my fault.) This guy took, I'm not exaggerating, less than ONE MINUTE drilling and obliterating my lock with a drill. He did not extract the key or pick the lock which would have taken some skill he just ruined my door knob. Which would have been fine if he charged a somewhat reasonable price. I called the company to tell them that I think that he overcharged me. They said it costs $30 to come out and $19 - $200 to get in a door depending on the work required to open the door. So he charged me the absolute highest price he possibly could have charged me. He also charged me through his personal venmo which seems super sketchy and I got no receipt. Also I talked directly to KeyMe and they told me that they always charge over the phone before the service man comes out and always give a receipt. If you hire out a third party you should hold them to some sort of standard when it comes to billing and things like that. Otherwise it just makes your company look unorganized and unprofessional. I contacted the third party company and am still waiting for an invoice and a receipt. The lady from the third party company basically told me that the price was within the range for the service. Which is technically true but for one minute of work is really really ridiculous. I should have just said no thank you I will do it myself. Never again. UPDATE! I have called no less than 12 times. Each time I have been transferred and then subsequently hung up on. All I want at this point is a receipt and THEY WONT SEND ME ONE!! Dishonest crooks. Definitely something shady going on here."
