"I was told two different times how much my transmission fluid change would cost, only for them to add an additional $40 to my bill. I asked Jim why, and he said something about disposal and labor cost and other weird fees. It was a standard fluid change, so I'm not sure why they changed the price after the service was done. The guy who told me the original price (I believe his son) was standing there listening with his arms crossed, trying to be intimidating. He was pissed that I called them out. It seems like they only cater to certain skin tones and women who don't know much about cars."

"So I lost my old mechanic, of 35 yrs. A friend told me about this place. Said he was honest and didn't try upcharge you. So my car just didn't start. Had it towed over there, and within a few hours, it was done. I was like whhaattt...no way.. He said, ya just a bad battery. He replaced it. 270$ and I was out the door with a new battery.
