"DON'T USE MORRISON ELECTRIC, inconsiderate, unfriendly, unreliable, and impersonable - they totally lack customer service -- I was connected with this vendor through a warranty service that I pay for called Home Energy- after placing a call to home energy for assistance required for the ballast in my kitchen lightning. Dave called me on Friday around 10:00 am to tell me he wouldn't be able to get to me until the upcoming Monday due to an emergency job he had in West Covina. He said a tech would be here between 1and 4pm. On that Monday at 4:15 Dave called to tell me the tech's truck broke down, therefore, he would contact me in the morning (Tuesday) to schedule for service. I called Dave at 9:00, he told he couldn't get a hold of dispatch but he could possibly get to me tomorrow (Wednesday) between 7 and 8am for service. I was livid, asked him could he possibly squeeze me in since I had been waiting since the previous week, he told me that wouldn't be fair to his other customers already scheduled, I added since I had been scheduled from the day before he should move me to the front of the list. The next day the tech arrived without any notification and couldn't make the repair because my amps into my home were only 50 amps and therefore making me in-eligible as the home energy contract was for homes of 80 amps and above. I had absolutely no lights in my kitchen for over a week, ended of having to hire an electrician and it took him 20 minutes to fix the problem. I'm getting rid of Home Energy too. Both let me down. What a nightmare!!"
