"This place seems great but I had one issue with this place this is just my experience only and just want to make others are aware of this… so a few years ago I had my transmission go out on my Nissan the owner I forgot his name seemed great and trust worthy he would text me updates of the car along with pictures and from what I could tell the work was done very well my only issue I had with this place is the owner tries to scam you for more money! You could choose to believe me or not but if you go here and he gets an expensive part for you like an engine or a transmission or any other part that costs a good amount of money ( which he got my transmission from LKQ) I would suggest to get the invoice for that part I had forgot to write this review when I had this done to my car I was going through old papers and found the receipt which lead me to do this now since I remember how mad I was, so like I said he got the part from LKQ and when I went to go pick up the car he was showing me pictures of the transmission so I knew it was legit but as he was going through the papers with me he messed up and accidentally showed me the page of how much the actual price of transmission was 1300-1500 and basically up charged me another 1200-1400 dollars so ended up paying about 2700 for a 1400ish transmission like i said the job was done great and im not telling you not to go here all im saying is if the owner gets you the parts make sure to ask for the receipts to make sure he’s charging what the part actually costs and not making you pay almost double the price!!!"

"Called to see how much it would cost to replace a light bulb for my Expedition. Was quoted over 300 dollars! What? Went down the street and they charged 10 dollars. Couldn't believe it."

"spent 850.00 today for our car to sound WORSE. it’s running bad now and so loud it’s embarrassing, this was my bday weekend and i had to ask my friend to drive us in her car to vegas because there’s no way i am driving this to vegas, i regret coming here don’t listen to the 5 star reviews. my car was quiet and didn’t sound like a lawnmower before and it struggles on the freeway i had to get home and put it away and i will see a diff mechanic when i’m back. i’m not one to leave bad reviews but jesus this is horrible work …..correction : oil pan is leaking bad after driving to another mechanic after vegas. car was not driven to vegas. video to prove there is a leak and clamps on backwards also video to prove it. they offered to fix it but at this point i need a REFUND i don’t trust this shop to work on our car anymore :.( really disappointing it was struggling to go 60mph on highway. i just drove to san diego and back fine no issue monday, i didn’t even need to get the car fixed for vegas i just wanted to have turbo fixed but there was no other issue that was really an issue and now it’s a can of worms. the fact you thought it was ok to let someone drive off like this is mind boggling."

"I been bringing my Ford Explorer to Travis since 2020 ,and he has always provided awesome customer service to me. He is very welcoming and friendly! So far I had only been visiting him for my full synthetic oil change ,until yesterday that I noticed my passenger rear tire was losing air. I gave him a call in the afternoon, and told him my concern, and he told me to bring it in. He took the time check all my tires and told me I had a nail deep in there and my thread was to the end on my other tire. He gave me his recommendation of buying 2 brand new tires and that he would rotate my 2other ones. He gave me a great price! He placed the order and told me he would text me the next day to let me know when they arrive. He texts me a picture of my new tires and told me to bring in my car! I dropped it off, while his guys were working on it,he was giving me updates and sending me pictures of how the tires were looking:) I was so happy he took care of this in a short time plus he also did my oil change, and even when I left he took the time to text me to ask how the car was feeling! Thank you Travis and your guys for making sure my car was riding smooth again! You are my mechanic for life!"
