"I locked myself out of my house and called KeyMe because it looked like they were right around the corner. That's on me for not checking the details (there's a key- copying kiosk in the drug store around the corner). This is not a brick and mortar place. More like Uber or Lyft or DoorDash, for locksmiths. The guy who showed up was in an unmarked car, no uniform, no company ID. He wasn't wearing a mask. They don't tell you anything about how much it might cost, even though I told them it was just the bottom lock, not the deadbolt. When he was done, he typed in my credit card info into his phone and texted a receipt. It just said "Locksmith Services". Not even KeyMe. Did not make me feel very safe. I will note, the gentleman who came over seemed very nice and was here within 30 minutes, door was open within 20 seconds. I just think KeyMe should give their employees at least an app with a branded receipt. TL;DR: This company is the rideshare of locksmiths. Don't expect a receipt with the company's name on it. Not exactly reassuring."
