"I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. We had a contractor named Ido come out for an estimate. I asked him how quickly he could start if we were to move forward and he took that as me committing to the project for some reason? He was extremely rude when I explained I wanted to get other quotes and he couldn’t believe I “had him come out on a Sunday”. When I called Torrance Popcorn Ceiling Removal (the contracting company) they said the company name was “Fidelity” and refused to give me their license number. So sketchy and seems like a scam… Do not use!"
