This time I called the company six times with no reply from a technician. I ended up calling another company to help. I was locked out for more than three hours! It was extremely frustrating working with this company and not hearing back from any technician. In addition, I had to pay twice to get the door fixed and will say that I was overcharged the first time. Do not recommend this company."
